Late School: Ms. Hilary Gear
Elliot Lake Secondary School has been focused on re-engaging and
retaining students who have experienced limited success in regular
day classes. Students, typically ranging in age from 16-19,
work on a variety of independent study courses to attain the
necessary credits required for an Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
Late School provides a uniquely flexible opportunity for Elliot Lake
youth to continue and complete their secondary school education.
Encouraging students to achieve their potential, by setting
realistic and specific goals for themselves, is a key component of
student success.
